车削中心C轴宏程序编程应用

摘要 现代制造业飞速发展,产品不断更新换代升级,对高端精密零部件的需求越来越多,制造工艺要也求越来越高。工序集中是机械加工的一个发展方向,生产企业为了提高生产效率,节约成本,减少工装夹具的使用,会将车削、铣削、钻孔、攻螺纹等工序集中在一台机床上加工完成。车削中心具备以上加工功能,能实现工序集中,完成复杂零部件的加工。通过介绍车削中心B类宏程序的编写技巧,以解决C轴宏程序应用的难题,为C轴宏程序编写提供可借鉴的经验。 Modern manufacturing industry is developing rapidly,products are constantly updated and upgraded,and the demand for high-end precision parts is increasing,and the manufacturing process is demanding more and more.In order to improve production efficiency,save cost and reduce the use of fixtures and jigs,manufacturing enterprises will concentrate the processes of turning,milling,drilling and tapping on one machine tool.Turning center has the above machining functions,which can realize the process concentration and complete the machining of complex parts.The techniques of writing B-type macro programs for turning centers are introduced to solve the difficulties in the application of C-axis macro programs and to provide a referenceable experience for writing C-axis macro programs.
