摘要
为科学评价高乘载(High-Occupancy Vehicle,HOV)车道对道路运行综合效益的影响,在构建考虑碳排放的HOV车道综合效益评价体系的基础上,采用熵权TOPSIS法对HOV车道综合效益进行评价,并以济南市经十路为例采用VISSIM软件对道路进行仿真,对比分析不同设置方案下HOV车道综合效益的差异性。结果表明:将公交专用道改建为HOV车道可有效降低车辆延误时间,提升平均行驶速度与断面运送人数,减少路段车辆总碳排放;不同方案的HOV车道综合效益值由高到低依次为“HOV2+”“HOV3+”“HOV4+”“无HOV”,其中HOV2+车道作为最优方案,可有效减少3%的碳排放量;随着路段流量的逐步增大,HOV车道的合乘优势更加凸显,可提升整个路段的通行效率,减少车辆和人均延误时间,这表明HOV车道建设能在一定程度上缓解交通拥堵,优化交通出行结构,对降低城市道路碳排放产生积极影响,可助推交通运输行业实现“双碳”目标。
In order to scientifically evaluate the influence of HOV(High-Occupancy Vehicle)lanes on the comprehensive benefit of road operation,a comprehensive benefit evaluation system of HOV lanes was constructed considering carbon emissions,and the comprehensive benefit of HOV lanes operation was eval‐uated by using the method of entropy weight TOPSIS.Taking Jingshi Road in Jinan city as an example,VISSIM software was used to simulate the road.The differences of comprehensive benefits of HOV lanes under different design were compared and analyzed.The results showed that:converting bus lanes into HOV lanes could effectively reduce the vehicle delay time,increase the average speed and the number of passengers transported,and reduce the total carbon emissions of vehicles on the road;the comprehensive benefit values of HOV lanes of different schemes were"HOV2+","HOV3+","HOV4+"and"without HOV"in descending order;HOV2+lanes,as the optimal scheme,could effectively reduce carbon emissions by 3%;with the gradual increase of traffic flow volume on the road section,the sharing advantage of HOV lane became more prominent,which improved the traffic efficiency of the whole road section and reduced the delay time of vehicles and per capita.It indicates that the construction of HOV lane can alleviate traffic congestion to a certain extent,optimize the traffic travel structure,have a positive impact on reducing the carbon emissions of urban roads,and can help the transportation industry to achieve carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals.
