摘要 污水物性参数是污水源热泵取水换热工艺系统设计所需重要参数。本文将选取沈阳市12个不同类型污水泵站的原生污水进行采样,并依据污水源热泵实际工程污水温度范围,测试不同温度条件下不同污杂物浓度的密度、黏度、导热系数及比热等污水物性参数,研究这些参数的变化规律,并与清水物性参数进行对比分析,得到各物性参数的变化规律。测试与分析结果表明污水物性参数与污水温度及排放污水的建筑物使用功能有关,不同类型建筑所产生的污杂物浓度不同,导致其污水物性参数不同。同样类型建筑,物性参数变化随污水温度的变化呈现明显的规律性。 The physical parameters of sewage are important for the design of water intake and heat exchange system of sewage source heat pump. In this paper, the untreated sewage from twelve sewage-pumping stations of different types in Shenyang was selected for sampling. According to actual operating temperature range of sewage source heat pump project, the density, viscosity, thermal conductivity and specific heat of different pollutants concentration under different temperature conditions were tested. The change rules of these parameters were studied and compared with clean water to obtain the change rules of each physical parameters. The results show that the physical parameters of sewage are related to the sewage temperature and the function of sewage discharge buildings. Different types of buildings produce different concentrations of pollutants, which lead to different physical parameters of sewage, while physical parameters of the same type of buildings varies with the sewage temperature obviously.
