摘要
针对处于斜岩和岩溶强发育复杂地质条件下的3.0 m超大直径群桩基础施工,对17#主墩桩基工程的重难点进行了分析,并结合现场实际,对钢平台设置、钢护筒安装、钢筋笼加工及安装、成孔方式、清孔方法、水下混凝土灌注等关键施工环节进行了深入研究,重点对裸岩地区平台钢管桩施工、两根一束径向布置主筋的钢筋笼加工、大吨位长桩钢筋笼安装、斜岩及岩溶强发育区桩基成孔方法、超大直径83 m长桩清孔方法、超大直径桩基水下混凝土封底进行了专题研究。通过施工实践,解决了复杂地质条件下的超大直径长桩施工遇到的技术难题,为类似工程施工提供借鉴。
Taking a project as an example,it is deeply studied in the paper that the key construction technology of the main pier pile foundation project of 3.0 m super large diameter pile group foundation under the complex geological conditions of inclined rocks and karst development area.Combined with the actual situation on site,the paper conducts a thematic study on some aspects,including platform steel pipe piles in bare rock areas,processing of two steel cages with a bundle of radial main reinforcement,installation of steel cages for large tonnage long piles,hole forming method of pile foundations in strongly developed areas of inclined rocks and karst,hole cleaning method of super large diameter 83 m long piles,underwater concrete bottom sealing of super large diameter pile foundations.Through this project,the technical problems encountered in the construction of super large diameter long piles under complex geological conditions have been solved,and the key construction processes have been summarized to provide reference for the construction of similar projects.
