摘要
乘客信息系统是一种基于多媒体技术的信息类服务,随着铁路事业的不断发展,乘客信息系统也在朝着智慧化的方向发展。本文基于许昌段-郑州机场线市域铁路线路的建设,对市域铁路智慧乘客信息系统的功能设计及性能评估展开研究。在对该工程的乘客信息系统建设需求进行概述后,详细阐述了信息编播中心子系统功能的实现。面向提升乘客服务质量,对车站子系统功能、停车子系统、车载子系统功能,高带宽、可靠性高的车地无线系统进行了设计。最后对该系统性能评估方法进行分析,提出性能评估指标,为建立可靠、可用、安全的服务保障系统给出依据。
Passenger information system is an information service based on multimedia technology.With the continuous development of railway,passenger information system is also developing in the direction of smart.Based on the construction of Xuchang-Zhengzhou Airport Line commuter rail,the functional design and performance evaluation of the passenger information system are studied in this paper.After summarizing the requirements of passenger information system construction,the realization of the subsystem function of information compiling and broadcasting center is described in detail.Aiming at improving passenger service quality,this paper designs the functions of station subsystem,parking subsystem,vehicle-mounted subsystem,and vehicle-ground wireless system with high bandwidth and high reliability.Finally,the performance evaluation method of the system is analyzed,the performance evaluation index is put forward,which provides the basis for establishing reliable,usable and safe service system.
