摘要 CRTSⅢ型板式无砟轨道采用目前施工工装设备,存在底座线形控制不理想、轨道板粗铺精度不足、精调效率低下、所需人工较多等问题,结合我国智慧铁路发展需要,对安九铁路、朝凌铁路等高铁工程进行了板式无砟轨道智能化施工实践,针对无砟轨道智能化施工工况、底座板自动整平设备、轨道板精调托架以及自动精调机等进行系统研究,期望通过智能化施工设备的示范应用,有效提升无砟轨道智能化施工水平,提高无砟轨道施工效率和施工质量,形成我国自主知识产权的板式无砟轨道智能建造技术。 CRTSⅢslab ballastless track adopts the current construction tooling equipment,which has some problems,such as unsatisfactory base alignment control,insufficient precision of track slab rough laying,low precision adjustment efficiency,and more labor required.Combined with the development needs of China’s smart railway,the intelligent construction practice of slab ballastless track has been carried out for high-speed railway projects such as Anqing-Jiujiang High-speed Railway and Chaoyang-Linghai High-speed Railway.A systematical study is performed on the intelligent construction conditions of ballastless track,automatic leveling equipment of base slab,fine adjusting bracket of track slab and automatic accurate adjustor,which is expected that through the demonstration application of intelligent construction equipment,the intelligent construction level of ballastless track is effectively promoted,the construction efficiency and quality of ballastless track is improved,and the intelligent construction technology of slab ballastless track with independent intellectual property rights in China is formed.
