摘要
针对山岭隧道TBM空推转场存在过站平台搭设困难、对既有桥墩基础破坏等问题,以福州滨海快线TBM过站为背景,研究TBM空推过站关键技术。过站前,通过在墩身周围浇筑挡墙对高架桥桥墩进行防护,可提高桩基的安全性和稳定性;通过回填法、利用既有桥墩以及现浇桥墩分别搭设盾体、台车过站平台,并通过特制的过站托架实现TBM的空推转场。经应用证明,通过该技术,可有效降低施工成本,缩短工期。同时,可解决TBM空推、平移时防倾覆问题,满足高架桥回填段的地基承载力。该过站方法可适用于地铁及隧道工程中,TBM通过山岭隧道低谷区域的转场施工。
Aiming at the problems of difficulty in setting up the passing platform and damage to the foundation of the existing bridge pier when the TBM advancing without load in the mountain tunnel,taking the Fuzhou Binhai Express Line TBM through a station as the background,the key technology of TBM advancing without load through a station is studied.Before crossing the station,by building retaining walls around the pier body to protect the viaduct piers,the safety and stability of the pile foundation can be improved.Through the backfilling method,using the existing bridge piers and the cast-in-place bridge piers to set up the shield body and the trolley passing platform respectively,and through the special passing station bracket to realize the TBM advancing without load through a station.The application proves that this technology can effectively reduce the construction cost and shorten the construction period,and at the same time,it can solve the problem of anti-overturning during advancing without load and translation of TBM,satisfy the foundation bearing capacity of the backfill section of the viaduct.This station-passing method can be applied to subway and tunnel projects,where TBM passes through the trough area of mountain tunnels.
