斜视矫正术后使用透明灭菌眼罩的临床效果研究

Clinical effect of using transparent sterilized eye mask after strabismus surgery

目的评估斜视矫正术后使用灭菌透明眼罩遮眼的卫生安全性,以及对患者焦虑情绪与双眼视功能的作用。方法前瞻性随机对照研究。纳入2020年6~9月在本院接受斜视矫正术患者200例,随机分为观察组和对照组各100例,观察组术后使用透明灭菌眼罩覆盖术眼,对照组术后使用医用纱布覆盖术眼,分析患者术后结膜囊细菌培养、焦虑情绪评分,以及双眼视功能的差异。结果观察组结膜囊细菌培养阳性率为7%,对照组为13%,2组间差异无统计学意义(P=0.157);2组术后焦虑情绪评分均较术前显著下降(P<0.001),观察组术后焦虑情绪评分显著低于对照组(P<0.001);2组术前与术后双眼视功能差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论斜视矫正术后使用透明眼罩遮眼比使用医用纱布能更好地减少患者的焦虑情绪,并且具有相同的卫生安全性,为更好地帮助斜视矫正术后患者的身心恢复提供了理论依据。

Objective To evaluate the safety of using sterilized transparent eye mask after strabismus surgery,and the effect on patients’anxiety and binocular vision function.Methods This prospective randomized controlled study recruited 200 patients undergoing strabismus surgeries in Eye&ENT Hospital of Fudan University from June to September in 2020.They were randomly divided into the observation group(100 cases)and the control group(100 cases).The observation group used transparent sterilized eye masks covering the operative eyes,and the control group used medical gauze.The postoperative conjunctival sac bacterial culture,anxiety score,and binocular vision function were analyzed.Results The positive rate of bacteria culture in conjunctival sac was 7%in the observation group and 13%in the control group,and no significant difference was found between the two groups(P=0.157).The anxiety scores of the two groups decreased significantly after the operation(P<0.001),and the anxiety scores of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.001).There was no significant difference in binocular visual function between the two groups before and after the operation(P>0.05).Conclusions The use of transparent eye mask after strabismus surgery reduces patients’anxiety more effectively than using medical gauze,sharing the same safety of anti-infection,which provides evidence for helping patients with better physical and mental recovery after strabismus surgery.
