摘要
为研究制冷剂R1234yf替代R134a后对冰箱压缩机性能的影响,以及两者在冰箱压缩机使用上的通用性,分别选取标称使用R1234yf和标称使用R134a制冷剂的冰箱压缩机各一台,在同一测试系统下分别使用R1234yf和R134a制冷剂对2台压缩机进行不同工况的测试,测试方法遵循标准GB/T 5773—2016《容积式制冷剂压缩机性能试验方法》的要求,考察并对比测试结果中的制冷量、耗电量、COP、制冷剂质量流量、排气温度以及壳体温度等参数,同时结合制冷剂物性参数进行分析,最终试验及分析结果显示R1234yf与R134a对于冰箱压缩机通用性很高,而且制冷剂替换后对于压缩机本身性能的影响不及对整体制冷系统大。另外,结果还表明使用R1234yf更有利于增加系统的制冷剂质量流量从而提升压缩机本体的制冷量,其负面影响是消耗更大的输入功率,而使用R134a则有利于降低压缩机壳体温度。
In order to study the impact of refrigerant R1234yf replacing R134a on the performance of refrigerator compressor and their universality in the use of refrigerator compressor,one refrigerator compressor with nominal R1234yf and one refrigerator compressor with nominal R134a refrigerant was selected respectively,and the two compressors under different working conditions with R1234yf and R134a refrigerant under the same test system was tested.The test method follows the requirements of GB/T 5773—2016“The method for performance test for positive displacement refrigerant compressors”.The refrigeration capacity,power consumption,cop,refrigerant mass flow,exhaust temperature,shell temperature and other parameters in the test results were investigated and compared.In combination with the physical parameters of the refrigerant,the final test and analysis results show that R1234yf and R134a have high universality for the refrigerator compressor,and the impact of refrigerant replacement on the performance of the compressor itself is less than that on the overall refrigeration system.In addition,the results also show that using R1234yf is more conducive to increase the refrigerant mass flow of the system,so as to improve the refrigeration capacity of the compressor itself.Its negative impact is to consume more input power,while using R134a is conducive to reducing the compressor shell temperature.
