摘要
连续重整装置中氢气再接触系统的氨冷冻机是给再接触制冷器提供冷媒的设备,对保证氢气产品质量起着重要作用。该机组的停运会导致氢气中大量带液,造成下游氢气增压机组发生液击并缩短易损件使用寿命,也会加快下游氢气精制吸附装置吸附剂的失效速度。所以保证该机组的稳定运行至关重要。自2010年7月该机组启运至今,过程中发生多次运行异常甚至故障停机。通过制定完善的检修策略并对机组进行改进,达到了长周期稳定运行的目的,保证了装置的安全平稳生产。
The ammonia refrigerator of the hydrogen recontact system in the continuous reformer is the equipment that provides the refrigerant for the recontact refrigerator,and plays an important role in ensuring the quality of hydrogen product.The shutdown of the unit will lead to a large amount of liquid in the hydrogen,which will cause liquid hammer in the downstream hydrogen booster unit and shorten the service life of wearing parts,and will also accelerate the failure rate of the adsorbent in the downstream hydrogen refining and adsorption unit.Therefore,it is very important to ensure the stable operation of the unit.Since the unit was put into operation in July 2010,there have been many abnormal operations and even failures during the process.The purpose of long-term stable operation is achieved by formulating a complete maintenance strategy and improving the unit,and the safe and stable production of the device is guaranteed.
