振动式松果采摘机的设计及振动特性分析

摘要 为了提高红松松果的采摘作业效率,设计了一种振动式松果采摘机,首先对红松树模型进行模态分析,得到了固有频率与振型特征;通过对红松树的谐响应分析,获得了采摘机在采摘时的最佳夹持高度、频率与激振力,并根据所得最佳参数进行了采摘机设计。 In order to improve the picking efficiency of Pinus koraiensis,a vibrating pineal picker was designed.Firstly,the modal analysis of the Pinus koraiensis model was carried out,and the characteristics of natural frequency and vibration mode were obtained;through the harmonic response analysis of Korean pine,the optimal clamping height,frequency and exciting force of the picker in the picking process were obtained,and picker design wasconducted according to the optimal parameters.
