超低压反渗透膜性能影响因素的显著性分析 被引量:2

Significance Analysis of Influencing Factors on the Performance of Ultra-Low Pressure RO Membranes

摘要 为深入了解各因素对超低压反渗透膜性能的影响,也为工程设计时确定主次因素提供参考,本研究以正交试验为基础,利用多元线性回归定量分析了不同因素对超低压反渗透膜产水量、脱盐率的影响强弱程度。结果表明,各因素对产水量的影响强弱程度分别为:进水压力(0.961)>温度(0.583)>进水盐浓度(-0.475)>回收率(-0.110)>pH(-0.013);各因素对脱盐率的影响强弱程度分别为:进水盐浓度(-0.897)>回收率(-0.205)>温度(-0.098)>进水压力(-0.066)>pH(-0.020)。因此,膜产水量性能与进水压力、温度因素显著正相关,与进水盐浓度、回收率因素显著负相关,pH无显著影响;膜脱盐率性能与进水盐浓度、回收率因素显著负相关,其他因素无显著影响。 In order to deeply understand the influence of various factors on the performance of ultra-low pressure reverse osmosis(RO)membranes,and to provide references for determining the primary and secondary factors in engineering design,the strengths and weaknesses of the effects of different factors on the water production and desalination rates of ultra-low pressure reverse osmosis membranes were quantified using multiple linear regression based on orthogonal tests in this paper.Results showed that the influence of each factor on the water production was as follows:influent pressure(0.961)>temperature(0.583)>influent salt concentration(-0.475)>recovery rate(-0.110)>pH(-0.013).The influence of factors on the desalination rate was as follows:influent salt concentration(-0.897)>recovery rate(-0.205)>temperature(-0.098)>influent pressure(-0.066)>pH(-0.020).Therefore,membrane water yield performance was significantly positively correlated with feed water pressure and temperature,and negatively correlated with feed water salt concentration and recovery rate,and pH had no significant effect.Membrane desalination rate performance was significantly negatively correlated with feed water salt concentration and recovery rate,and other factors had no significant effect.
