教育管理是教学过程的重要环节之一,它承担着知识传递、师生互动等多种功能,因此教育管理的好坏严重影响着教学管理的质量,对学生学习的最终成果有着举足轻重的作用。无论是哪个学段的教育教学,教育管理都是必不可少的。随着学段的升级和学生年龄的增长,教师对于教育管理的重视程度基本上越来越低。相较于小学和中学,大学的课堂更加轻松,甚至出现部分大学教师放弃课堂管理的现象。为了改善教学质量,改善大学课堂管理成为必然。

Education management is one of the significant links in the teaching process,it undertakes many functions like knowledge transfer,teacher-student interaction and others,so the education management is good or not seriously affects the quality of teaching management.It also plays a decisive role in the final results of students’learning.Education management is essential to every education and teaching section.With the upgrading of learning sections and the growth of students’ages,teachers attach less and less importance to educational management.Compared with classes in primary and middle schools,college classes are more relaxed,and even some college teachers give up classroom management.In order to improve the quality of teaching,it is necessary to improve classroom management in college.
