摘要
对895名40岁及以下高师院校青年教师的调查发现:青年教师教育知识和通识知识普遍匮乏,新手教师学科教学知识欠缺;关键教学能力相对较低,新手教师教学基本功薄弱;育人和为师意识淡薄,行为不规范甚或失责;存在功利化价值取向,缺乏职业认同感和终身学习意识;教学个性化缺失,教学魅力和教学内在动机不足。究其原因在于青年教师自身因素的差异,高师院校未提供有效的支持、教师评聘和激励制度不甚完善、缺乏支持性的工作氛围。基于此,要提升教学胜任力,青年教师应提高自主发展意识,塑造独特教学风格;高师院校应提供有效支持,完善青年教师培训机制、考评激励制度,创设良好组织氛围。
A survey of 895 young teachers aged 40 and below in normal universities shows that they generally lack educational knowledge and general knowledge,that the novice teachers lack pedagogical knowledge and are inadequate in basic teaching skills,that their educational consciousness is weak often with non-standard behaviors or even misconduct,that many of them lack professional identity and lifelong learning consciousness under the influence of utilitarianism,and that their teaching lacks individuality,charm and internal motivation.The main causes for these problems include the personal factors of young faculty,ineffective support from the universities,inadequate evaluation and incentive system,and the lack of supportive working atmosphere.Young teachers should improve their awareness of independent development and shape their unique teaching style.Universities should provide effective support to improve the training mechanism of young teachers.The evaluation and incentive system should be perfected to create a good organizational atmosphere.
