自噬相关蛋白LC3与宫颈癌风险相关性的Meta分析

Correlation between autophagy-related protein LC3 and cervical cancer risk:a Meta-analysis

目的系统评价自噬相关蛋白微管相关蛋白1轻链3(LC3)与宫颈癌及其不同临床病理特征的相关性。方法计算机检索EMbase、PubMed等数据库,查找关于LC3蛋白与宫颈癌及其不同临床病理特征相关性分析的病例-对照研究,设定检索时限为从建库到2021年5月。采用RevMan软件行Meta分析。结果纳入9个研究,共1252例患者,其中宫颈癌组660例,宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)组313例,健康宫颈组279例。Meta分析结果显示,宫颈癌组LC3蛋白阳性率显著低于健康宫颈组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);宫颈癌组LC3蛋白阳性率显著低于CIN组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);CIN组LC3蛋白阳性率低于健康宫颈组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);宫颈癌组中低分化患者LC3蛋白阳性率低于高分化患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);宫颈癌组中国际妇产科协会临床分期Ⅰ期和Ⅱ期患者LC3阳性率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论LC3蛋白的表达与宫颈癌有显著相关性。因纳入研究质量和数量受限,仍需更多高质量研究支撑。

Objective To systematically evaluate the correlation between autophagy-related protein microtubule-associated protein 1 light chain 3(LC3)and cervical cancer as well as its different clinicopathological features.Methods EMbase,PubMed and other databases were electronically searched to collect the correlation between LC3 protein expression and cervical cancer as well as its different clinicopathological features from inception to May 2021.Then Meta-analysis was implemented by using RevMan software.Results A total of 9 case-control studies involving 1252 objects were considered,of which,660 cases in the cervical cancer group,313 cases in the cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN)group,and 279 cases in the normal cervical tissue group.The results of Meta-analysis showed that the positive rate of LC3 protein in cervical cancer group was significantly lower than that in healthy cervical cancer group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive rate of LC3 protein in cervical cancer group was significantly lower than CIN group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive rate of LC3 protein in CIN group was lower than that in healthy cervical group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive rate of LC3 protein of cervical cancer group in patients with medium and low differentiation was lower than that in patients with high differentiation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in LC3 positive rate between patients with FIGO stageⅠandⅡin cervical cancer group(P>0.05).Conclusion LC3 protein expression is significantly correlated with cervical cancer.Due to the limited quality and quantity of included studies,more high-quality studies are needed.
