马克思主义科技观视域下乡村治理现代化的路径研究

乡村治理是社会治理的基本单元之一。当前,乡村治理现代化仍然是我国社会治理的主旋律之一。统筹推进乡村治理现代化,事关村民的切身利益与基层的和谐稳定。追溯乡村治理的发展历程,梳理乡村治理中存在的问题,分析乡村治理的重要意义,有利于更好地促进乡村治理现代化发展。随着各类先进技术的发展及其在乡村治理中的运用,科技创新引领着乡村治理现代化的变革。结合马克思主义科技观的论述,乡村治理现代化过程中,应理清思路,转变思维方式,以先进技术推动生产力的更新与升级,促进乡村产业发展,提升乡村治理现代化水平。在此过程中,也应关注技术的运用,谨防治理异化。

Rural governance is one of the basic units of social governance.At the current stage,the modernization of rural governance is still one of the main themes of my country's social governance.The overall promotion of the modernization of rural governance is related to the vital interests of the villagers and the harmony and stability of the grassroots.Tracing the development process of rural governance,sorting out the problems existing in rural governance,and analyzing the significance of rural governance will help to better promote the modernization of rural governance.With the development of various advanced technologies and their application in rural governance,technological innovation leads the transformation of rural governance modernization.Combined with the discussion of the Marxist concept of science and technology,in the process of rural governance modernization,it is necessary to clarify the thinking,change the way of thinking,use advanced technology to promote the renewal and upgrading of productive forces,promote the development of rural industries,and improve the level of rural governance modernization.In this process,we should also pay attention to the application of technology,and beware of governance alienation.
