摘要
人是企业的灵魂,也是管理的第一要素。人力资源管理就是企业管理者通过建立合理、富有竞争性和激励性的管理制度,实现企业吸引人才、选用人才、培养人才、留住人才的目标。文章首先阐述双因素理论在激励机制中的应用,接着分析南宁市中小企业激励机制现状和成因,最后提出完善激励机制的改进对策,旨在促进南宁市中小企业发展的良性循环。
People are not only the soul of enterprises,but also the first element of management.Human resource management is to achieve the goal of attracting,selecting,cultivating and retaining talents by establishing a reasonable,competitive and incentive management system.First of all,this paper expounds the application of the Two Factor Theory in the incentive mechanism.Then it analyzes the current situation and causes of the incentive mechanism of small and medium-sized enterprises in Nanning.Finally in order to promote the virtuous circle of the development of small and medium-sized enterprises,it puts forward countermeasures to improve the incentive mechanism.
