双向互融视角下高职专创融合教学模式改革实施路径探析

宏观上,创新创业教育得到了国家政策、地方政府、职业院校的系列支持,但微观上课程和教学实践却没有跟上步伐,突出表现为创新创业教学和专业教学各自为政,在教学理念、教学目标、教学内容、教学方法、教学组织形式和教学评价上服务于传统的教学模式。专创融合的教学模式具有创新性、独特性、开放性、动态性和系统性。在专创融合实施过程中,应以双创教学理念引领专业教育改革,以塑造内隐素质为主要教学目标,以专业教学内容深挖双创教学资源,以体验式教学方法激发创新创业火花,以分层分类等教学组织形式开展精准化双创教育,以过程性增值性教学评价实现对创新创业教育的实时把控。

on the macro level,innovation and entrepreneurship education has received a series of support from national policies,local governments and vocational colleges,but on the micro level,the curriculum and teaching practice have not kept up with the pace,which is prominently reflected in the fact that innovation and entrepreneurship teaching and professional teaching work independently,in terms of teaching philosophy,teaching objectives,teaching contents,teaching methods,teaching organization forms and teaching evaluation serve the traditional teaching mode.The teaching mode of integration of specialty and innovation is innovative,unique,open,dynamic and systematic.In the process of implementing the integration of specialty and innovation,we should lead the reform of professional education with the concept of innovation and innovation teaching,take shaping the implicit quality as the main teaching goal,deeply tap the innovation and innovation teaching resources with professional teaching contents,stimulate the spark of innovation and Entrepreneurship with experiential teaching methods,and carry out accurate innovation and innovation education in the form of hierarchical classification and other teaching organizations,The real-time control of entrepreneurship and innovation education is realized by process value-added teaching evaluation.
