中泰职业教育国际合作模式探索与研究--以柳州职业技术学院为例

Research on the international cooperation mode of sino-thai Vocational Colleges

为更好地帮助我国职业院校了解和熟悉泰国经济发展状况,更为有效地开展职业教育领域合作,文章通过对泰国国情及职业教育发展状况、中泰职业教育对比等方面进行分析,从中泰共同建设职业教育培训中心、共同制定专业人才培养系列标准、互派人员跨境流动合作,中国职业院校配合企业“走出去”组建鲁班工坊、校企合作共建企业境外职业技能培训中心等方面,对构建中泰职业教育国际合作模式进行探索。

For helping vocational colleges in China to know about the economic development situation in Thailand,also for carrying out the vocational education cooperation effectively,this paper is based on national conditions and the development of vocational education in Thailand as well as China and Thailand vocational education contrastive analysis,Thai joint construction of vocational education and training center,the series standards of talent cultivation,the exchange of personnel flow cross-border cooperation,Chinese vocational colleges cooperate with enterprises to"go abroad"to set up Luban Workshop and school-enterprise cooperation to build overseas vocational skill training centers,and exexplores the construction of international cooperation mode of vocational education between China and Thailand.
