中国与老挝职业教育交流合作的实践样态与优化策略--以广西高职院校为例

Practice Patterns and Optimization Strategies of Vocational Education Exchange and Cooperation between China and Laos--Taking Guangxi Higher Vocational Colleges as an Example

中国与老挝的职业教育交流合作日益密切,并呈现出合作共赢的特点,文章以广西高职院校为例进行探讨。广西通过留学生培养、境外联合办学、技术交流与培训等三大形式有力推进了与老挝的职教合作,但仍存在机制不健全、国际化师资队伍不足、合作项目教学资源缺乏、多方协同与信息共享平台不畅、职教合作面窄等问题,需要在建立纵横互联互通的职教合作制度、优化国际化师资队伍、打造双语特色品牌资源、创建合作共享平台、拓宽职教合作领域等方面深入开展实践,助推中国与老挝职教命运共同体建设。

The vocational education exchanges and cooperation between China and Laos are increasingly close,and show the characteristics of win-win cooperation.This paper takes Guangxi Higher Vocational Colleges as an example to discuss that Guangxi has vigorously promoted the vocational education cooperation with Laos through the three major forms of overseas student training,overseas joint school running,and technical exchange and training.However,there are still some problems,such as imperfect mechanism,insufficient international teaching staff,lack of teaching resources for cooperative projects,poor multi-party collaboration and information sharing platform,and narrow vocational education cooperation.It is necessary to establish a vertically and horizontally interconnected vocational education cooperation system,optimize the international teaching staff,carry out in depth practice in creating bilingual brand resources,create a cooperation and sharing platform,and expand the field of vocational education cooperation,so as to boost the construction of a community of shared future for vocational education between China and Laos.
