慢性心力衰竭患者延续护理需求问卷的编制及信效度检验

Development of continuation care needs questionnaire for patients with chronic heart failure and its reliability and validity test

目的编制慢性心力衰竭患者延续护理需求问卷,并检验其信效度。方法通过文献回顾、患者访谈、专家会议形成问卷初稿,咨询6名专家及调查140例慢性心力衰竭患者,测评其信效度。结果最终形成的问卷包含25个条目,问卷的内容效度为0.964,各条目的内容效度为0.833~1.000。探索性因子分析共产生了5个因子,解释了75.687%的变异度。各因子间的相关系数为0.489~0.703,各因子与总分的相关系数为0.793~0.889。问卷总的Cronbach′sα系数为0.953,折半信度为0.851。结论本研究编制的慢性心力衰竭患者延续护理需求问卷信效度良好,可作为医护人员动态评估患者延续护理需求的有效工具。

Objective To develop a questionnaire for assessment of continuation care needs for patients with chronic heart failure and test its reliability and validity.Methods The first draft of the questionnaire was formed through literature review,patient interviews and expert meetings,6 experts were consulted and 140 patients with chronic heart failure were investigated to tests its reliability and validity.Results The final questionnaire contained 25 items,the content validity of the questionnaire was 0.964,and the content validity of each item was 0.833-1.000.A total of 5 factors were yield according to exploratory factor analysis,which explained 75.687%of the variability.The correlation coefficient among the factors was 0.489-0.703,and the correlation coefficient between the factors and the total score was 0.793-0.889.The total Cronbach′sαcoefficient of the questionnaire was 0.953,and the split-half reliability was 0.851.Conclusion The questionnaire of continuation care needs of patients with chronic heart failure has good reliability and validity,and it can be used as an effective tool for doctors and nurses to dynamically evaluate the continuation care needs for patients.
