互联网+健康教育对糖尿病患者居家医疗废物处置认知及行为的影响

Influence of Internet+health education on cognition and behavior of home medical waste disposal in diabetic patients

目的探究分析互联网+健康教育对糖尿病患者居家医疗废物处置认知及行为的影响。方法选取2019年10月—2020年10月某院收治的140例居家注射胰岛素的糖尿病患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组70例。对照组采用常规健康教育,观察组采用互联网+健康教育。比较两组患者干预前后糖尿病医疗废物知识认知得分、医疗废物处置方法认知情况、居家医疗废物处置行为情况、医疗废物收集设施满意度。结果干预后观察组医疗废物知识认知得分高于对照组,正确处置行为高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后患者医疗废物处置行为情况明显好转,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);干预后两组对感染性医疗废物收集设施满意度升高,观察组得分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论互联网+健康教育有利于制订和实施专业干预措施,提高糖尿病患者对居家医疗废物知识和处置行为的认知水平,提高对居家医疗废物的处置行为能力,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of Internet+health education on cognition and behavior of home medical waste disposal in diabetic patients.Methods A total of 140 diabetic patients with insulin injection at home who were admitted to a hospital from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,with 70 cases in each group.The control group received conventional health education,and the observation group received Internet+health education.The cognitive scores of diabetes mellitus medical waste knowledge,cognitive status of medical waste disposal methods,home medical waste disposal behavior,and satisfaction with medical waste collection facilities were compared in two groups before and after the intervention.Results After the intervention,the knowledge and cognition score of medical waste in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the correct disposal behavior was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,both two groups had higher satisfaction with the collection facilities of infectious medical waste,and the score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Internet+health education is conducive to the formulation and implementation of professional intervention measures,improving the cognitive level of diabetes mellitus patients on the knowledge and disposal behavior of home medical waste,and improving the ability to dispose of home medical waste,which is worthy of promotion and application in clinical settings.
