中外职工体育公共服务体系比较研究

Comparative Study on Sports Public Service System of Chinese and Foreign Workers

比较中、美、德、日四个国家职工体育公共服务的政策体系、设施体系、运行体系、组织体系、监督评估体系,借鉴美、德、日三国职工体育公共服务体系建设的经验,为我国职工体育公共服务体系建设提供参考。未来我国在完善职工体育公共服务体系建设方面应做到:抓住政策机遇保障职工体育科学发展,推进设施建设提升职工体育服务质量,明确主体责任提高职工体育运行效率,契合发展需要满足职工体育多样诉求,加强督促落实拓宽职工体育监督渠道。

Through the comparative analysis of the policy system,facility system,operation system,organization system and supervision and evaluation system of employee sports public service in China,the United States,Germany and Japan,this paper draws lessons from the experience of the construction of employee sports public service system in the United States,Germany and Japan,so as to provide reference for the construction of employee sports public service system in China.In future,to improve the construction of employee sports public service system,we should grasp the policy opportunities,ensure the scientific development of employee sports,promote the construction of facilities,improve the quality of employee sports service,clarify the main responsibilities,improve the operation efficiency of employee sports,meet the needs of development to meet the diverse demands of employee sports,strengthen supervision and implementation,and broaden the channels of employee sports supervision.
