在全球抗击新冠肺炎疫情的过程中,沉寂已久的人道主义思潮再次复萌并且持续升温,并逐渐演化为西方国家转嫁疫情风险、推卸防控责任、向中国进行普世价值渗透、消解中国抗疫效能的意识形态工具。能否遵循人道主义伦理逻辑,坚守人道主义底线,肩负人道主义责任,通过人道主义实践凝聚全球抗疫力量,就成为中国抗击疫情所面临的严峻考验。而抗击新冠肺炎疫情中,中国通过共商、共建、共享的全球治理以及构建人类命运共同体的实践担当,有力回应了西方人道主义思潮的挑战,重新定义与诠释了人道主义精神的内涵,并赋予人道主义以更具国际公信力的时代意义,同时也为后疫情时代世界政党加强国际合作共同应对全球治理风险,锚定全球化合作共赢的发展方向,提供了可实现路径。

In the global fight against COVID-19 pandemic,humanitarianism has recovered and gradually evolved into an ideological tool for Western countries to shift the risk of the epidemic,infiltrate universal values into China,and undermine China’s antiepidemic effectiveness.Whether China can follow the humanitarian ethical logic,stick to the humanitarian bottom line,shoulder the humanitarian responsibility,and gather global strength through humanitarian practice has become a severe test for China in its fight against the epidemic.In the fight against COVID-19,China has effectively responded to the challenge of Western humanitarian trends through global governance featuring extensive consultation,joint contribution and shared benefits and the practical responsibility of building a community with a shared future for mankind.It has redefined and interpreted the meaning of humanitarian spirit and given humanitarianism greater international credibility.At the same time,it also provides an achievable path for political parties of the world to strengthen international cooperation to jointly respond to global governance risks in the postepidemic era and anchor the development direction of winwin cooperation in globalization.
