腹针联合康复训练治疗产后腰痛的临床疗效研究

Clinical efficacy of abdominal acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of postpartum lumbago

目的分析腹针联合康复训练治疗产后腰痛的临床疗效。方法187例产后腰痛患者作为研究对象,依据治疗方式不同分为实验组(94例)与对照组(93例)。对照组行康复训练治疗,实验组行腹针联合康复训练治疗。对比两组治疗效果、治疗前后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、症状积分、活动功能评分、焦虑及抑郁情况。结果治疗后,实验组VAS评分(2.33±1.03)分低于对照组的(4.01±0.94)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组治疗总有效率98.94%高于对照组的92.47%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,实验组症状积分(6.58±1.42)分低于对照组的(14.52±3.52)分,活动功能评分(92.52±14.25)分高于对照组的(75.52±13.52)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,实验组焦虑自评量表(SAS)及抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分分别为(40.11±2.42)、(42.11±1.42)分,均低于对照组的(46.84±2.57)、(48.84±1.57)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹针联合康复训练治疗产后腰痛的效果显著,值得应用与推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of abdominal acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of postpartum lumbago.Methods A total of 187 patients with postpartum lumbago were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into experimental group(94 cases)and control group(93 cases)according to different treatment methods.The control group received rehabilitation training,while the experimental group received abdominal acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training.The therapeutic effect,visual analogue scale(VAS)score,symptom score,activity function score,anxiety and depression before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the VAS score(2.33±1.03)points of the experimental group was lower than(4.01±0.94)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate 98.94%of the experimental group was higher than 92.47%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the symptom score(6.58±1.42)points of the experimental group was lower than(14.52±3.52)points of the control group,and the activity function score(92.52±14.25)points of the experimental group was higher than(75.52±13.52)points of the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)of experimental group were(40.11±2.42)and(42.11±1.42)points,which were lower than(46.84±2.57)and(48.84±1.57)points of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Abdominal acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training has significant effect in the treatment of postpartum lumbago,and is worthy of application and promotion.
