社交故事背景下的音乐疗法联合康复训练在学龄期自闭症患儿中的应用效果 被引量:2

摘要 目的:观察社交故事背景下的音乐疗法联合康复训练在学龄期自闭症患儿中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年5月至2019年4月该院收治的37例学龄期自闭症患儿为对照组,2019年5月至2020年4月该院收治的37例学龄期自闭症患儿为观察组。对照组接受康复训练,观察组在对照组的基础上给予社交故事背景下的音乐疗法。比较两组干预前后孤独症行为量表(ABC)评分、儿童生存质量测定量表(PedsQL)评分、语言功能评分和患儿家长护理满意度。结果:干预后,两组ABC评分均低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组PedsQL评分均高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,两组不爱言语、不理解指令、主动言语缺乏、逻辑思维混乱和语言表达不清晰等语言功能评分均低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿家长护理满意度为94.59%,高于对照组的75.68%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:社交故事背景下的音乐疗法联合康复训练应用于学龄期自闭症患儿,可提高生命质量评分和患儿家长护理满意度,降低ABC评分和语言功能评分,效果优于单纯康复训练。 Objective:To observe application effects of music therapy in the context of social stories combined with rehabilitation training in school-age children with autism.Methods:37 school-age children with autism admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to April 2019 were selected as control group,while 37 school-age children with autism admitted to our hospital from May 2019 to April 2020 were selected as observation group.The control group received rehabilitation training,while the observation group was given the music therapy in the context of social stories on the basis of that of the control group.The autism behavior scale(ABC)score,the pediatric quality of life inventory measurement model(PedsQL)score,the language function scores and the parents’nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.Results:After the intervention,the ABC scores of the two groups were lower than those before the intervention;those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The PedsQL scores of both groups were higher than those before the intervention;those of the observation group were higher than those of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the language function scores of the two groups such as not liking words,not understanding instructions,lack of active speech,confusion of logical thinking and unclear language expression were all lower than those before the intervention;those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the nursing satisfaction of the parents of these children in the observation group was 94.59%,which was higher than the control group of 75.68%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Music therapy in the context of social stories combined with rehabilitation training for the school-age children with autism can improve the quality of life scores and their parents’nursing satisfaction,and reduce the ABC scores and language function scores.Moreover,it is superior to single rehabilitation training.
