乳癖散结胶囊联合微创旋切术治疗乳腺增生症伴乳腺纤维腺瘤的效果

Effects of Rupi Sanjie capsules combined with minimally invasive circumcision in treatment of hyperplasia of mammary gland with breast fibroma

目的:探讨乳癖散结胶囊联合微创旋切术治疗乳腺增生症伴乳腺纤维腺瘤患者的效果。方法:选取102例乳腺增生症伴乳腺纤维腺瘤患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各51例。两组均行微创旋切术治疗,对照组术后采用他莫昔芬治疗,观察组术后采用乳癖散结胶囊治疗,两组均持续用药1个月,并随访6个月。比较两组治疗前后性激素[雌二醇(E2)、催乳素(PRL)、孕酮(P)、促黄体生成素(LH)]水平、血脂指标[三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)]水平、疼痛程度[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分]、不良反应发生率及复发率。结果:治疗后,观察组E2、PRL、LH、TG、LDL-C水平及VAS评分均低于对照组,P水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组TC、HDL-C水平及对照组的所有血脂指标水平与治疗前比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组复发率为3.92%(2/51),低于对照组的15.69%(8/51),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:乳癖散结胶囊联合微创旋切术治疗乳腺增生症伴乳腺纤维腺瘤患者,可有效调节性激素水平,改善血脂代谢紊乱,减轻乳房疼痛程度,降低复发率,安全可靠。

Objective:To explore effects of Rupi Sanjie capsules combined with minimally invasive circumcision in treatment of hyperplasia of mammary gland with breast fibroma.Methods:102 patients with hyperplasia of mammary gland and breast fibroma who were treated in our hospital were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,51 cases in each.Both groups underwent minimally invasive circumcision.The control group was treated with Tamoxifen after the surgery,while the observation group was treated with Rupi Sanjie capsules.Both groups continued to take medication for 1 month and were followed up for 6 months.The levels of sex hormones[estradiol(E2),prolactin(PRL),progesterone(P),luteinizing hormone(LH)],the blood lipid index levels[triacylglycerol(TG),total cholesterol(TC),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)],the pain level[visual analogue scale(VAS)],the incidence of adverse reactions,and the recurrence rate were compared between the two group before and after treatment.Results:After the treatment,the levels of E2,PRL,LH,TG,LDL-C and VAS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group;the P level was higher than that in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of TC and HDL-C in the observation group and the levels of all blood lipid indexes in the control group were not significantly different from those before the treatment(P>0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was 3.92%(2/51),which was significantly lower than 15.69%(8/51)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Rupi Sanjie capsules combined with minimally invasive circumcision in the treatment of the patients with hyperplasia of mammary gland and breast fibroma can effectively regulate the levels of sex hormones,improve the blood lipid metabolism disorders,reduce the breast pain,and reduce the recurrence rate.Moreover,it is safe and reliable.
