情景再现法联合问题导向式教学法带教在神经外科实习护生中的应用效果 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨情景再现法联合问题导向式教学法带教在神经外科实习护生中的应用效果。方法:选取82名神经外科实习护生为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各41名。对照组采用传统教学法带教,观察组采用情景再现法联合问题导向式教学法带教,比较两组出科考试成绩、教学前后批判性思维能力[批判性思维能力测量表(CTDI-CV)]评分、教学质量,以及对带教老师和实习安排的满意度。结果:观察组出科理论考试成绩、操作考试成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);出科时,观察组分析能力、开放思想、批判性思维自信心和求知欲等CTDI-CV评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组对培养自学能力、提高学习兴趣、资料查阅能力、思考能力、团队合作能力及语言表达能力等教学质量评价均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组对带教老师和实习安排的满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:情景再现法联合问题导向式教学法带教应用于神经外科实习护生可提高出科考试成绩、CTDI-CV评分、教学质量、对带教老师和实习安排的满意度,效果优于传统教学法带教。 Objective:To explore application effects of scene reappearance method combined with problem-oriented teaching in neurosurgery intern nursing students.Methods:82 neurosurgery practice nursing students were selected as the research objects and were divided into control group and observation group by using the random number table method,41 in each group.The control group was given the traditional teaching method,while the observation group used the scene reappearance method combined with the problem-oriented teaching method.The examination score,the critical thinking ability[critical thinking dispositions inventory-Chinese version(CTDI-CV)]score,the teaching quality,and the satisfaction on the teaching teachers and the internship arrangement were compared between the two groups before and after the teaching.Results:The scores of after-department theory test and operation test in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The after-department CTDI-CV scores of the observation group such as analytical ability,open mindedness,critical thinking,self-confidence and curiosity were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching quality evaluation scores of cultivating self-learning ability,improving learning interest,data review ability,thinking ability,teamwork ability and language expression ability of the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the satisfaction degree of the observation group on the teaching teachers and the internship arrangement was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The scene reappearance method combined with problem-oriented teaching method for the neurosurgery internship nursing students can improve the examination score,the CTDI-CV score,the teaching quality,and the satisfaction degree on the teaching teachers and the internship arrangements.Moreover,it is superior to the traditional teaching method.
