交通建设工程智慧造价管理平台研探

摘要 为改变当前造价服务低水平、低效率、高成本的现状,全面提高交通建设工程造价管理的数字化水平,提出采用大数据、区块链等信息化技术实现智慧造价管理平台的技术方案。首先,通过交通建设工程造价审查、造价监督历史数据建立交通建设工程造价大数据,并运用大数据指导新项目的审查与监督,建设形成大数据集成平台与大数据闭环;其次,采用区块链技术,将交通建设工程造价管理过程中的各个阶段数据与征地拆迁数据上链,促进造价管理部门与建设单位、设计单位多方协同,实现数据存证、数据溯源;最后,应用平台对多个项目进行审查与监督,验证该技术方案的可操作性与先进性。 In order to change the current low level,low efficiency and high cost of cost services,and comprehensively improve the digital level of transportation cost management,the paper proposes a technical solution to realize the application of intelligent cost management using information technology such as big data and blockchain.Firstly,through the transportation construction projectcost review,cost supervision historical data to establish transportation construction projectcost big data,and use big data to guide the review and supervision of new projects,construct and form a big data integration platform and big data closed loop.Secondly,using blockchain technology,the transportation construction projectcost management process of each stage of the data and land acquisition and demolition data on the chain,to promote the cost management department and construction units,design units multi-party collaboration,to achieve data deposit,data traceability.Finally,using the platform to review and supervision of a number of projects,the operability and advanced nature of the technical solution are verified.
