空间协同下新城轨道交通规划探索

Exploration of Shanghai New Town's Rail Transit Planning from the Perspective of Space Synergy

在上海都市圈协同发展格局下,新城如何按照新的发展定位,构建与综合性节点城市相匹配的多层次轨道交通网络是一个值得探讨的问题。首先,阐述新城内涵演变过程和轨道交通在新城发展中的作用。其次,通过数据分析新城职住特征和轨道交通时空特征,研判轨道交通发展趋势。最后,在立足全球视野,在长三角一体化背景下,提出谋划新城与中心城、新城与邻沪节点城市轨交战略通道的“内外融合”以及优化新城市域线、市区线、局域线的功能定位和布局模式,形成与都市圈格局匹配的多层次轨道交通网络的“多网融合”。

The theme discussed in this paper is,under the coordinated development pattern of Shanghai metropolitan area,how to construct a multi-level rail transit network that matches the comprehensive node towns according to the new development orientation.Firstly,this paper analyzes the evolution process of the connotation of the new towns and the role of rail transit in the development of the new towns.Secondly,through the data analysis of the new towns'job and housing characteristics and the temporal and spatial characteristics of rail transit,it studies and judges the development trend of rail transit.Finally,based on a global perspective,and in the context of the integration of the Yangtze River Delta,it proposes"internal and external integration"of strategic rail transit passages between the new town and the central city,the new town and node cities near Shanghai,and then the functional positioning and layout mode of the domain line form a"multi-network integration"of the multi-level rail transit network that matches the pattern of the metropolitan area.
