新时期青海省地勘单位转型与发展研究

Research on the Transformation and Development of Geological Prospecting Units in Qinghai Province in the New Era

新时期地勘单位需要顺应改革发展趋势,充分把握改革重大机遇,聚焦地质勘查工作新目标,探索符合新发展阶段的新路径。文章结合青海省地质勘查工作发展现状,分析目前地勘单位面临的地质找矿空间不断压缩、地勘资金投入后劲不足、思维观念转变不够及时、人才队伍面临严峻挑战等困境,提出强化基础服务、探索矿产资源勘查布局新路径、主动服务生态文明建设、扩大自然资源资产管理服务领域、增强地勘科研与创新发展等新时期地勘单位转型发展建议。

In the new era,the unit of geological prospecting should conform to the trend of reform and development,grasp the major opportunities for reform,and explore new roads along the new development stage around the new purpose of geological prospecting work.With the development of geological prospecting in Qinghai Province,the article analyzes the current difficulties faced by geological prospecting units,which are continuous compression of geological exploration space,insufficient capital investment in geological exploration,and not the timely change of the concept of thought,and tough challenge to the talent team.We propose the transformation and development geological prospecting units in the new era that are strengthening basic services,exploring new paths for the layout of mineral resources exploration,proactively serving the development of an ecological civilization,expanding the service areas of natural resources assets management,and enhancing geological prospecting scientific research and innovative development.
