摘要
介绍一种基于单片机系统的洁净室比例积分微分(Proportion Integral Differential,PID)控制器,从工程实践的角度分析其控制原理,给出了以单片机为核心的控制器系统组成与关键接口电路设计。重点分析采样数据对PID控制的可靠性影响原理,并给出一些新颖实用的采样数据处理方法,阐述了离散化PID控制函数在单片机上的编程实现原理,同时给出了一种改进型PID算法原理以及该算法的关键程序设计。
A Proportion Integral Differential(PID)controller for clean room based on Single Chip Microcomputer(SCM)is introduced.The control principle is analyzed from the point of engineering practice,and the controller system composition and key interface circuit design based on SCM are given.This paper focuses on analyzing the reliability influence principle of sampling data on PID control,and gives some novel and practical sampling data processing methods,expounds the programming realization principle of discrete PID control function on SCM,and gives an improved PID algorithm principle and the key program design of the algorithm.
