摘要
通过对真空灭弧室超高压老炼作业过程中经常出现的灭弧室表面拉弧及击穿问题的分析与研究,结合高场强环境,将电荷引流原理应用于真空灭弧室超高压老炼生产作业中,有效解决了超高压老炼过程中灭弧室表面拉弧及击穿问题,已在超高压老炼生产工序推广使用,为真空灭弧室制造企业提供实践参考经验及相关解决方案。
This paper analyzes and studies the arcing and breakdown problems on the surface of the vacuum interrupter that often occur during the ultra-high pressure aging operation of the vacuum interrupter.Combined with the high field strength environment,the principle of charge drainage is applied to the ultra-high pressure aging of the vacuum interrupter.The problem of arcing and breakdown on the surface of the vacuum interrupter during the ultra-high pressure aging process has been effectively solved.It has been popularized and used in the ultra-high pressure aging production process,providing practical reference experience and related solutions for vacuum interrupter manufacturers.
