植物内生真菌Fusarium guttiforme次生代谢产物研究 被引量:5

摘要 采用多种色谱分离方法从植物内生真菌Fusarium guttiforme次生代谢产物中分离纯化得到7种化合物,并通过核磁共振和质谱等波谱学手段鉴定其结构,包括一个新型含过氧键的二聚苯衍生物:fucinum A(1)以及6个已知化合物:(Z)-1-hydroxy-4-(2-nitroethenyl)benzene(2)、对羟基苯甲醛(3)、stigmasta-4,6,8(14)-trien-3-one(4)、stigmast-4-ene-3,6-dione(5)、麦角甾醇(6)、5-羟甲基糠醛(7)均首次从该真菌次生代谢产物中分离。此外,对上述化合物进行NO生成抑制活性实验的研究,其结果表明化合物1、2对NO产生具有一定的抑制作用,IC_(50)值分别为48.1和46.6μmol/L。 Fucinum A(1),a novel peroxy bond-containing dimeric benzene derivative,together with six known compounds(Z)-1-hydroxy-4-(2-nitroethenyl)benzene(2),p-hydroxybenzaldehyde(3),stigmasta-4,6,8(14)-trien-3-one(4),stigmast-4-ene-3,6-dione(5),ergosterol(6),5-hydroxymethyl furfural(7)were firstly isolated from plant endophytic fungus Fusarium guttiforme based on the comprehensive chromatographic methods.Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic analyses,including HR-ESI-MS,1D and 2D NMR experiments.Additionally,all of them were evaluated on the NO production inhibition activity.The results showed that compounds 1 and 2 exhibited inhibitory effects against NO production with IC_(50) values of 48.1 and 46.6μmol/L,respectively.
