制造企业要实现高质量发展,发展的战略思维、科学的管理体制、持续的技术创新和精益求精的品质是重点。以扬州某碟形弹簧制造企业为例,分析中小制造企业高质量发展的内生动力:企业家精神和工匠精神。企业家精神是引导企业走上以创新为基础的高质量发展之路的核心动力,工匠精神是制造企业实现高质量生产的保障,两种精神协调互补、交互影响。

Strategic thinking of development,scientific management system,continuous technological innovation and excellence in quality are key to the high-quality development of manufacturing enterprises.Taking a belleville spring manufacturing enterprise in Yangzhou as an example,this paper analyzes the endogenous driving forces for high-quality development of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises:entrepreneurship and craftsmanship.Entrepreneurship is the core driving force that guides enterprises to the high-quality development path characterized by innovation and craftsmanship is the guarantee of high-quality production of manufacturing enterprises.The two spirits complement each other and interact with each other.
