基于AHP层次分析法的高校学生干部选拔体系探究

Analysis and Exploration of AHP-based Selection System of Student Cadres in Universities and Colleges

为克服传统学生干部选拔时的人为主观性问题,将层次分析法运用到高校学生干部选拔综合素质评价体系中,通过构建综合素质评价模型,确定评价指标和评价主体的权重。以实例形式对层次分析法在学生干部选拔评价体系中的应用进行论述和计算。

Applying Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)into the comprehensive quality evaluation system in selecting student cadres in universities and colleges,and constructing comprehensive quality evaluation model to determine the weight of evaluation index and evaluation subjects can overcome subjective influences in traditional selection of student cadres.In this paper,the application of AHP to the selection and evaluation system of student cadres is discussed and calculated in the form of examples.
