基于Excel VBA的考试管理系统设计

Test Management System Design Based on Excel VBA

系统以Excel工作薄为平台,利用Excel VBA的自动功能,先完成同一场次考试的时间、地点、课程的设置,再通过手动或系统随机方式设定监考老师,完成后将考试信息和监考老师导入到总监考表,以此完成同一场次监考编排。通过上述方法依次完成所有考试课程的设置,最后由总监考表分别生成教师监考表和班级监考表。此系统减少了工作过程中大量重复数据的输入,提高了工作效率。

Taking Excel workbook as the system platform,this system makes use of the auto function of Excel VBA to make the setting of time,place and course of one test session.Invigilator information is manually input or randomly set by the system,and then imported to the total invigilation table together with test information to complete the invigilation arrangement of the one test session.After completing the settings of all the examination courses with the aforementioned method,the teacher invigilator tables and class invigilator tables are generated respectively by the general invigilator table.This system avoids repeated data entry in the work process and improves work efficiency.
