塔器内件的组对与检验

Assembly and Inspection of Column Internals

塔器的内件尺寸是整个塔器制造过程中需要控制的关键尺寸,但目前塔器制造一般采用卧式组焊或分段立式组焊再卧式合拢的方式,大大增加了对内件尺寸的控制难度。本文结合笔者的经验,对塔器设备内件的组对与检验制造进行了分析,重点就制造过程中内件的划线方法和关键尺寸进行了阐述,并总结了塔器内件在组对过程中的注意事项,为塔器内件制造和检验提供参考。

The internal size of the column is the most critical dimension that needs to be controlled in the entire column manufacturing process,but because the current column manufacturing is generally horizontal assembly or segmented vertical assembly and then horizontal closing,greatly increasing the internal size control difficulty.Combined with the author’s experience,the article analyzes the assembly and inspection and manufacturing of column equipment internals.This paper focuses on the scribing method and key dimensions of internals in the manufacturing process,and summarizes the precautions for column internals in the process of assembling,providing reference for the manufacturing and inspection of column internals.
