基于社会治理现代化视角的“枫桥经验”探析

Research on“Fengqiao Experience”:Based on Social Governance Modernization

枫桥经验是指20世纪60年代,浙江省诸暨县枫桥区在社会主义教育运动中创造的基层社会先进的管理理念和成功实践。经过60余年持续优化发展,现已成为习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想指引下全国各地推广、践行的“新时代枫桥经验”。当前我国处于全面加强和创新社会治理、构建社会治理共同体的关键阶段,必须进一步总结“党政动手、依靠群众、公安主抓”的枫桥经验治理优势,推进基于枫桥经验的社会治理现代化,着力构建并赋能基层社会治理体系,提升基层社会治理能力。

Fengqiao experience refers to the advanced management concept and successful practice of grassroots society created in the socialist education movement of Fengqiao District,Zhuji County,Zhejiang Province in the 1960s. After more than 60 years of continuous optimization and development,it has become the“New-Era Fengqiao Experience”that has been promoted and practiced across the country under the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for the New Era. Currently China is comprehensively strengthening social management and innovation,and thus is in the key stage of building a community of social governance. Therefore,China must further summarize the advantages of the Fengqiao experience where“the party-government initiates,the masses support,and public security departments take charge”,promote the modernization of the Fengqiao experience of social governance,and strive to build a social management system by empowering the masses,thus promoting grass-roots social management ability.
