摘要
产业竞争的激烈性与产业经济增长的不确定性,其同时出现给出版机构策划和营销增加了操作难度。已有的增加数量、扩充品种、开辟渠道、丰富平台等单向线性思维已难以满足市场需求,出版机构需进一步过渡到资源整合、产品延伸及服务升级等多向复合思维。在过渡期间,出版机构应把控好节奏和时机,明确新的时代要义、技术逻辑和市场需求,明晰自身的产品类型和产业定位,合理把握出版时机、有效掌控出版节奏、实现产业同频共振,进而形成适合自身发展的产业智慧和商业进路。
The intense industrial competition and the uncertain industrial economic growth emerge at the same time,which makes it more difficult for publishing institutions to make plan and do marketing.The existing one-way linear thinking,such as increasing quantity,expanding varieties,opening channels and enriching platforms,has been difficult to meet the market demands.Publishing institutions need to further transition to multi-dimensional compound thinking,such as resource integration,product extension and service upgrading.During the transition period,publishing institutions should control the pace and timing,make clear the essence of the new era’s technical logic and market demands,clarify their own product types and industrial positioning,reasonably grasp the publishing timing,effectively control the publishing pace,and realize the same frequency resonance of the industry so as to form an industrial wisdom and business approach suitable for their own development.
