老旧小区满意度及改造需求状况调查与思考

Investigation and Reflection on Satisfaction Degree and Reconstruction Demand of Old Community

文章采用问卷的方式对浙江省23个小区的居民进行了调研,发现老旧小区居住环境满意度整体不高。在软件方面,居民对社区活动、便民服务、为老服务、停车服务的需求较强烈;在硬件方面,增加小区停车位、增加活动区域与健身设施、粉刷翻新建筑物墙体、拆除私搭乱建呼声较高。根据调研结果提出相应的改造策略建议。

The residents of 23 communities in Zhejiang province are surveyed by questionnaire,and it is found that the satisfaction degree of living environment in the old communities is not high as a whole.In terms of software,residents have a strong demand for community activities,convenience services,services for the elderly and parking services.In terms of hardware,there are high calls for increasing parking spaces in the community,increasing activity areas and fitness facilities,painting and renovating the walls of buildings,and dismantling private buildings.According to the research results,corresponding transformation strategies and suggestions are put forward.
