摘要 在经济发展迅速的当下,我国超高层建筑行业获得长足发展,现已成为我国经济体系中不可或缺的重要组成部分,许多不同类型的工程项目层出不穷,建设规模越来越大,工程质量问题越来越难以把控。为确保施工质量,施工单位必须要及时对自身管理体系和BIM技术手段进行创新和优化,其中,深基坑BIM技术便是主要的优化重点,深基坑BIM技术一直因为其难度高、专业性强的特点,发展缓慢。 In the current rapid economic development,China's super high-rise construction industry has achieved considerable development and has now become an indispensable part of China's economic system.Many different types of engineering projects are endlessly developed and the scale of construction is getting bigger and bigger,and the engineering quality problems are becoming more and more difficult to control.In order to ensure the quality of construction,the construction unit must innovate and optimize its own management system and BIM technical means in a timely manner.Among them,the deep foundation pit BIM technology is the main optimization focus.The deep foundation pit BIM technology has been developing very slowly because of its high difficulty and strong professional characteristics.
