基于BIM技术对建筑消防管理及火灾人员疏散的可行性探索分析

摘要 建筑消防一直都是人们最关心的问题之一。文章对我国近五年来火灾发生情况进行了对比分析,并从不同维度分析火灾起因及火灾发生时的逃生路线选择问题。此外,对如今建筑物消防设施的运维管理情况进行分析,提出运用BIM技术和设施管理思想进行人员疏散模拟研究和消防设施运维管理。 Building fire control is one of the most concerned issues.This paper makes a comparative analysis of the fire occurrence in China in recent five years,and analyzes the causes of fires and the selection of escape routes when fires occur from different dimensions.In addition,the operation and maintenance management of today's building fire-fighting facilities is analyzed,and the use of BIM technology and facility management ideas is proposed to conduct personnel evacuation simulation research and fire fighting facility operation and maintenance management.
