Construction Big Data Intelligent Service Platform in Pudong New Area Based on Spatio-temporal Map

为解决浦东新区城市数字化转型中的遇到的数据孤岛、海量数据加载难、数图联动不足等问题,创造性地提出建设基于时空智能地图的浦东大数据智能服务平台,介绍了平台建设思路以及架构,详细阐述了数据源、时空数据中台、时空服务中台、时空应用支撑平台4个模块的主要功能,重点介绍了时空智能地图与其模块的关联关系及其应用场景,从而助力浦东新区城市数字化转型。

In order to solve the problems of data siloes,difficulty in loading massive data and insufficient data-map linkage in the urban digital transformation of Pudong New Area,this paper creatively proposes the construction of Pudong big data intelligent service platform based on spatio-temporal intelligent map.It introduces the idea and structure of the platform,elaborates the main functions of four modules:data source,spatio-temporal data center,spatio-temporal service center and spatio-temporal application support platform,and highlights the correlation between spatio-temporal intelligent map and the other modules and their application scenarios,so as to help the urban digital transformation of Pudong New Area in Shanghai.
