基于大数据基础平台的数据治理实践

Data Governance Practice Based on Big Data Basic Platform

针对蓉江新区数据资源缺失、信息化建设不断推进等问题,在分析数据资源类别众多、数据资源频繁变化、数据归集方式多样化等区域化特点基础上,提出构建蓉江新区数据中台,介绍了数据中台总体架构及容器云平台、大数据基础平台、大数据资源中心、数据融合治理平台、数据挖掘分析平台、任务指挥调度、数据驾驶舱、数据开放共享、数据标准与规范体系、大数据运维保障系统等模块功能,并提出了数据治理模式优化和改进建议,从而在保障数据质量的前提下有效提升数据需求响应速度。

In view of the problems such as the lack of data resources and the continuous promotion of information construction in Rongjiang new area,based on the analysis of the regionalization characteristics such as numerous types of data resources,frequent changes in data resources and diversified data collection methods,this paper proposes to build a data center in Rongjiang new area,and introduces the overall architecture of the data center and the container cloud platform,big data basic platform,big data resource center,data fusion and governance platform,data mining and analysis platform task command and dispatching data cockpit,data sharing and exchange,data standard and specification system,big data operation and maintenance support system and other module functions,and puts forward suggestions for optimization and improvement of data governance mode,so as to effectively improve the response speed of data demand on the premise of ensuring data quality.
