针对企业面临的数据孤岛、数据价值利用低等诸多问题,从夯实数字化基础平台、持续运营管理及人才培养3个方面提出数字化转型建设思路,重点阐述了数据中台的总体技术架构以及物理设备层、IaaS层、PaaS层、DaaS层、SaaS层的功能,并在此基础上提出数字化转型运营管理和人才培养的实践做法,从而使企业具备面向全域数据、面向数据全生命周期的管理、治理和价值挖掘能力,进而以数据驱动业务,助力企业数字化转型。

In view of the many problems faced by enterprises such as data island and low data value utilization,this paper puts forward the construction idea of digital transformation of Shanxi cloud era from three aspects:consolidating the digital basic platform,continuous operation management and personnel training,focuses on the overall technical architecture of the data middle platform and the functions of the physical equipment layer,such asIaas,PaaS,DaaS and SaaS,and then introduces the methods of digital transformation operation management and personnel training,Thus,the enterprise can have the management,governance and value mining capabilities facing the whole domain data and the whole life cycle of data,so as to drive the business with data and help enterprises'digital transformation.
