摘要
高炉生产实践表明,高炉的炉料结构没有唯一的固定模式,不同类型的炉料结构均可获得良好的冶炼效果。合理的炉料结构可以改善高炉透气性、保证炉况顺行、提高产量、降低焦比,从而降低铁前成本。汉钢2021年在炉料优化方面开展配加FMG P2粉生产实践,取得良好经济效益和生产实践效果。
The production practice of blast furnace shows that there is no unique fixed mode for the charge structure of blast furnace, and different types of charge structure can obtain good smelting effect. Reasonable charge structure can improve the permeability of blast furnace, ensure the smooth operation of furnace condition, increase the output, reduce the coke ratio and reduce the cost before ironing. In 2021, Hanzhong Steel carried out the production practice of adding FMG P2 powder in the aspect of burden optimization, and achieved good economic benefits and production practice results.
