摘要 为改善内蒙古建龙新扩容改建405 m^(2)烧结机的生产效果,对其实施低负压点火技术,分析该技术对烧结料层厚度、点火效果、高炉煤气单耗、电耗、成矿率、烧结矿转鼓强度、粒度、经济效益等的影响。分析发现,低负压点火技术可保持原始料层透气性,使料层厚度提高50 mm,主抽风门开度降低5°,降低主抽电耗,两个烟道负压趋于一致,确保终点位置易于控制,终点温度提高50℃,点火风箱负压降低6 k Pa以上,点火风箱内的积料能够自动顺畅排放,点火高炉煤气单耗降低7.38 m^(3)/t,改善烧结机料面点火效果,提高表层烧结矿成品率,且使烧结矿外观质量明显改善,入炉烧结矿粒级趋于均匀,取得可观效益。 In order to improve the production effect of Inner Mongolia Jianlong’s expansion and reconstruction of a 405 m^(2) sintering machine, low negative pressure ignition technology was implemented on it, and the impact of this technology on the thickness of the sintering material layer, the ignition effect, the unit consumption of blast furnace gas, the electricity consumption, and the mineralization rate were analyzed. The impact of the sinter drum strength, particle size, economic benefits, etc., was found to maintain the permeability of the original material layer, increase the thickness of the material layer by 50 mm, reduce the opening of the main exhaust door by 5°, reduce the power consumption of the main exhaust. And negative pressure in the two flues tends to be consistent, the end position was easy to control, the end temperature is increased by 50 ℃. The negative pressure of the ignition bellows was reduced by more than 6 k Pa. The accumulation in the ignition bellows can be automatically and smoothly discharged. The unit consumption of the ignition blast furnace gas was reduced by 7.38 m^(3)/t, and the sintering machine material surface the ignition effect increases the yield of surface sintered ore. The appearance quality of the sintered ore was obviously improved, and the sintered ore into the furnace tends to have a uniform particle size,achieving considerable benefits.
