Based on the analysis of the demand of the metal packaging market, and the equipment condition of HBIS HENGSTRIP, through in-depth analysis of the process of producing extremely thin tinplates, this paper explores the new process route of double reduction tinplates, and puts forward an effective way to give full play to the advantages of equipment and improve the production efficiency of double reduction tinplates.
