摘要
根据国内外标准对常用圆形横截面2种常温和1种高温下的拉伸试样加工形状的要求,通过合理规划加工轮廓,开发了一种采用程序的“跳选”功能以解决不同形状和不同规格系列试样可用一个程序进行复合加工的方法,并可以拓展到其他形状圆形横截面拉伸试样的数控加工,突破了传统意义上采用宏程序编程只能用于相同形状、不同规格系列工件的数控加工的限制。
According to the requirements of domestic and foreign standards for the processing shapes of two kinds of tensile specimens with common circular cross-section under normal temperature and one kind of high temperature, by reasonably planning the processing contour,a "skip selection" function using program is developed to solve the problem that the series of specimens with different shapes and different specifications can be processed by one program, and can be extended to the NC processing of tensile specimens with circular cross-section of other shapes. It breaks through the limitation that macro programming can only be used for NC machining of workpieces with the same shape and different specification series in the traditional sense.
